All tickets are sold subject to Chelmsford Theatre's terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by these terms. Chelmsford Theatre is managed by Chelmsford City Council.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in accordance with our refund policy. If a performance is cancelled by the venue, a full refund or exchange will be offered. If a performance is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date — please contact the box office if you cannot attend.
